🚀 How to Start the App
1. Account Registration
- Access the app and click "New Registration"
- Enter email address and password
- Check registration confirmation email (if needed)
2. First Login
- Log in with the registered email address and password
- The dashboard will be displayed

Method 1: Image Upload (Recommended)
Steps
- Click the "Add Receipt" button
- From the dashboard or receipt list page
- Upload receipt image
- Add image by drag and drop
- Or select from "Choose File" button
- Multiple receipts can be registered at once

- Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG
- PDF: PDF format receipts
- Automatic analysis
- After upload, AI will automatically analyze the following:
- Transaction date
- Store name
- Amount
- Account (automatic classification)

Method 2: Manual Entry
Useful when you don't have receipt images or when registering later.
Steps
- Click the "Add Receipt" button
- Switch to "Manual" mode
- Switch between "Image" ⇔ "Manual" with the switch in the top right of the screen
- Enter information
- Date: Select transaction date
- Payee: Store name or vendor name
- Amount: Payment amount
- Payment method: Cash, card, transfer, etc.
- Account: Select from dropdown
- Sub-account: Enter optionally
- Tax category: Taxable 10%, tax-free, etc.
- Notes・Memo: Enter notes
- Save
- Click the "Save" button

- Link LINE account from settings screen
- Complete integration with "登録 [email address]" command

📊 How to View the Dashboard
Main Display
- This Month's Total: Total expenses for this month
- Processed: Number of successfully processed receipts
- Pending: Number of receipts being analyzed by AI
- Duplicates: Number of duplicate detected receipts
Statistics Cards
- Today's Total: Total expenses today
- Processed Receipts: Number of processed receipts
- Pending Receipts: Number of receipts being processed
- Processing Failed: Number of receipts with errors
Graph Display
- Monthly Spending Trend: Display spending trend for the past 6 months in a graph
- Breakdown by Account: Display this month's spending ratio by account in a pie chart
Recent Transactions
Display the latest 5 receipts. You can view details by clicking.
📋 How to Use the Receipt List
Basic Operations
1. Filter by Year and Month
- Select year and month to change display period
- Move with "Previous Month" "Next Month" buttons
- Return to this month with "This Month" button
2. Search
- Search by store name, account, receipt type, notes
3. Filter
- Filter by status (Processed, Processing, Error, Duplicate)
- Filter by date (Today only)
4. Sort
- Sort by clicking column headers
- Can sort by status, date, store name, amount, account, etc.
Editing Receipts
1. Edit Store Name
- Click store name to edit
- Press Enter to save, Esc to cancel
2. Edit Account
- Click account to select from dropdown
- New accounts can also be added
3. Add・Edit Notes
- Click notes field to enter
- Press Enter to save
Bulk Operations
1. Multiple Selection
- Select receipts with checkboxes
- Select all / deselect all per page is also possible
2. Bulk Confirmation
- Change selected receipts to "Confirmed" in bulk
- Saved as learning data, automatic classification will improve from next time
3. Bulk Delete
- Delete selected receipts in bulk
- Note: Deletion cannot be undone
CSV Export
Click the "Export CSV" button to download currently displayed receipts in CSV format. You can open with Excel and use for aggregation and analysis.

Period Selection
1. Monthly Aggregation
- Display aggregation for a specific month
- Also displays comparison with previous month
2. Annual Aggregation
- Display aggregation for a specific year
- Check monthly trends in a graph
3. Custom Period
- Specify start and end dates to aggregate
- Analysis for any period is possible
Display Content
- Total Amount: Total expenses within the period
- Number of Receipts: Number of receipts within the period
- Average Amount: Average amount per receipt
- Aggregation by Account: Spending amount and ratio for each account
- Aggregation by Store: Spending amount for each store (top 20)
- Monthly Trend: Monthly spending trend (for annual or custom period)
⚙️ Settings Features
Plan Management
- Free Plan: Up to 100 receipts/month
- Basic Plan: Up to 1,000 receipts/month
- Pro Plan: Unlimited
You can change plans from the settings screen.
LINE Integration
- Link LINE account from settings screen
- Send "登録 [email address]" to LINE Bot
- After integration is complete, you can send receipts from LINE
Sub-user Feature
Useful when multiple people use the same account. You can add and manage sub-users from the settings screen.
💡 Useful Usage Tips
1. Check Duplicate Receipts
- Check when "Duplicate" alert appears on dashboard
- Filter by "Duplicate" status in receipt list
- If duplicate, set to "Confirmed" to hide alert
2. Improve Automatic Account Classification
- After registering receipt, set account correctly
- Setting to "Confirmed" saves it as learning data
- From next time, receipts from the same store will be automatically classified
3. Regular Checks
- Check receipt list about once a week
- Check if there are any receipts being processed
- If there are error receipts, re-register them
4. Utilize CSV Export
- Export CSV monthly for backup
- Aggregate and analyze with Excel
- Also useful for importing into accounting software
5. Utilize LINE Bot
- When you take a receipt photo while out, send it immediately via LINE
- After returning to office, confirm and edit on the app
- No worry about losing receipts
